5 months left of the school year 💛

If your child seems more tired, emotional, or irritable lately, you’re not imagining it🤓

For kids, school is a long time. By now, many are worn out from routines, expectations, and having to “hold it together” all day at school.

You might notice:
More meltdowns at home
Less patience and focus
More pushback around homework or mornings

This doesn’t mean something is wrong. It often means your child’s system is tired.

What can help:
Extra connection (even 10 minutes matters)
Lowering pressure where possible
Keeping routines predictable
Offering rest and small choices
