Play therapists are trained to help kids understand and express their emotions, process experiences, and develop coping skills through play. In our playrooms, we use toys, art, sand trays, and storytelling to create a safe space where kids can work through challenges (like anxiety, trauma, behavioural issues, or family changes) and grow their emotional, communication, and relational skills to overcome them.

Our team of experienced Registered Psychologists, Registered Social Workers, and Registered Provisional Psychologists have comprehensive play therapy training, including child development, therapeutic play techniques, and strategies to support children and adolescents’ emotional and social growth in a way that’s natural and comfortable for kids.
