Every January we set big goals and bold resolutions…
and by February, many of them quietly fall away.
Not because we lack motivation or discipline—but because real change rarely happens in grand, dramatic moments. It happens in small, sometimes monotonous, often unnoticed steps taken again and again.
This year, instead of setting a resolution, I’m choosing a word—one that will guide how I show up in every area of my life for the next 365 days.
My word for this year is CONSISTENCY.
Consistency in how I nourish my body.
Consistency in how I move, rest, and think.
Consistency in how I show up for my work, my relationships, and myself—especially on the days it would be easier not to.
If you’re willing, take a moment to sit with this idea.
Close your eyes and visualize the changes you want to see unfold over the year ahead. Not overnight—but slowly, steadily, and sustainably.
Ask yourself:
What, if done consistently, would make the biggest difference in all areas of my life by the end of 2026?
I’d love to know—what word will guide you this year?
Drop it in the comments and let it anchor your intentions for the months ahead.
