Are you still committed to your 2023 goals or do you need to reevaluate them?
Sometimes we feel the pressure to “Set intentions” for the whole year, because everyone does, and we don’t even get the time to FEEL our needs, our REAL needs. What are our intentions?
If we just set goals because we “have to” , we probably don’t even develop a proper plan and strategies. As a result, it is likely that we do not achieve them and sadly, we feel like we lack willpower or we are not good enough.
So, if you decided to quit to your new year resolutions by now, maybe it’s time to BE PROUD OF YOURSELF because probably you didn't do something because “you had to”
BUT NOW, it’s time to reevaluate your resolutions, connect to yourself deeply and develop strategies, set ACHIEVABLE plans. Start small and embrace every little achievement.
What are your personal Goals from now on?
As part of my wellness journey my goals are to learn tools that will help me to “Flow” more with the Universal Energy, keep taking care of my body with proper , get my workouts done at least 4 x weeks and trust more to my intuition.
