The largest class action lawsuit in the history of Alberta has been certified after all Covid mandates were ruled Ultra Vires, unlawful in the Province.

Any business that was subject to full or partial closure is entitled to participate.

Pizza Man Who "Lost Everything" Sues Gov't After Charges for Feeding Unvaccinated Are Dropped

"I hope that my lawsuit will set a precedent and that Albertans are never medically segregated again," says Jesse Johnson () who lost his business in Calgary, Alberta to the gov't for refusing to discriminate based on vaccination status.

"It cost me everything. I lost my restaurant, my other two restaurants in Calgary, my marriage, my family, my houses, my wealth, and a good portion of my sanity." After a long legal battle, prosecutors dropped the charges against him in November 2023. Johnson says the reason was to avoid setting a precedent. Now, he is suing the government, hoping to set the precedent that medical segregation is unlawful.

"We are suing the city of Calgary, the province of Alberta, and Deena Hinshaw -- she will have to attest for what she did to the people of Alberta."
Johnson stood up for his principles at the cost of losing everything, but now he is back in a new location in Windermere, British Columbia, where he does what he loves: serving Detroit-style pizzas to everyone regardless of their vaccine status.

This man enacted the vaccine passport in Calgary, Canada. The unscientific pass was recently ruled UNLAWFUL in Alberta. He falsely claimed 1M healthy Albertans were spreading disease & refers to them as drunken belligerent yahoos.

They sent 200 cops including mounted units to shut down his restaurant meanwhile Walmart stayed open.

Adam Skelly of Adamson Barbecue was one of the first to stand up for the restaurant industry against Covid tyranny. This grossly excessive show of force was to make an example of him & instil fear in the hearts of every Canadian restaurateur. No one in the industry spoke up for him even though he fought for all of us. His constitutional challenge has the possibility to set precedence and ensure that the restaurant industry will never be deemed ”non essential” again. He is one of the last people standing with the ability to do so. Let’s make sure he has a fighting chance.

A man plays the Calgary Police a song on his boombox & subtly infers what he thinks of their tactics. Dozens of police were dispatched west of the city on HWY 1 to monitor Canadians opposed to the carbon tax.

Today would’ve been Without Papers Pizza thirteenth anniversary. It was a special place and so many great memories were had there. We were a bunch of misfits that came together everyday and made magic. I miss all my staff, the wonderful customers and the incredible vibe that we created.
