We LOVE educational resources at Audiology Innovations. It's so nice to have VISUALs and TEXT information for those people who want to understand their hearing loss and associated challenges at an in-depth level. We have handouts about Tinnitus, Eustachian tube function AND dysfunction, HOW the ear works and what happens when it doesn't, as well as plenty of research based BRAIN health information. Bringing SCIENCE to CLINIC is what we do best.

At Audiology Innovations, we are family owned and operated. When we started the FIRST clinic in Calgary 20 years ago, Dr. Scarff's Mom was her only employee-happy to HELP 😃wherever needed, answering phones, doing books, EVEN building furniture. So glad that we can now provide her with the expert hearing care she needs. Thank you to our team member Natalia for your thoughtful solution that makes all the difference to her hearing. Did you know that this EAR HORN was what we used to use to hear better? Thank goodness for advancements in science and technology. It's important to reflect on how far we've come since the days that these were used (17th through early 20th centuries until we had access to electronic hearing aids).

Who says we can't have fun while we're learning? At Audiology Innovations, we are ALWAYS sharing and learning with oneanother. We are also having at least a little bit of fun most of the time! One of our recipes for the success of our clinics are the deep connections we have with each of our team members. Our patients can FEEL how much respect we have for eachother and how we enjoy eachothers' company too.

Did you know, berries are good for your overall health, including your EARS? The antioxidants help protect our cells from free radicals, and the vitamins (C and E) help maintain our blood vessel health, allowing important blood flow to our ears. So enjoy some berries and maybe some berry picking. Our team and our families from Audiology Innovations enjoy a variety of outdoor activities including berry picking in the summer. Just be sure you're wearing your hearing aids (if you have them) so you can stay aware of your surroundings for safety.
