With all the massage therapists around, why choose Fordham Massage Therapy? Well, before becoming certified as a RMT I finished a degree in Kinesiology (2006). That gives me a greater understanding of anatomy, physiology and how the body works and moves allowing me to properly assess and treat acute injuries and chronic conditions.

Welcome to winter! I guess it was inevitable that this white stuff was going to fall but now it needs to be moved. Shovelling snow uses muscles that you probably haven't used in this way since last year. If your back is angry with you, let us FIX THAT!
