We’re excited to welcome Dr. Peter Wei to Alethea! He is a general respirologist in Edmonton and Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Alberta.

Dr. Wei has been practicing adult general respirology at The Lung Health Clinic in West Edmonton since 2010, and brings extensive expertise in managing airway diseases like asthma and COPD, chronic cough, unexplained dyspnea, and more.

Dr. Grossi is an Obstetrician and Gynecologist at Rockyview General Hospital in Calgary, with additional coverage in several smaller Alberta communities. He brings specialized expertise in benign and premalignant vulvar and vaginal disease, high-risk obstetrics, and menopause care.

This week, our VP of Sales & Marketing, Alana Skocdopole, and Southern Alberta Account Manager, Jennifer Turner, had the pleasure of representing Alethea at the Alberta Association of Clinic Managers Annual Conference.

We are delighted to welcome Dr. Jillian Colbert to Alethea! She will be responding to Cardiology eConsults on the platform.

Dr. Colbert is a highly accomplished cardiologist with expertise in:
🔹 Echocardiography & valvular heart disease
🔹 Non-complex conge***al heart disease
🔹 Acute coronary syndrome

Alongside her busy clinical practice, Dr. Colbert is the Medical Director of the Echocardiography Lab at Peter Lougheed Centre, Director of Physician Wellness in Cardiac Sciences, and a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Calgary. She has also trained and mentored future cardiologists as Program Director for the Adult Echocardiography Fellowship Program.

Dr. Flood is an academic urogynecologist who founded the urogynecology and pelvic floor clinic at the University of Alberta and pioneered the first international nurse-run pessary clinics back in 1993.

With decades of experience in education, clinical care, and advancing subspecialty recognition at the Royal College level, Dr. Flood brings deep expertise in:
Pelvic floor health & conservative management
Gender care bottom surgery and urogynecology considerations
Female ge***al cutting and related health issues

Dr. Thomas is a Psychiatrist with expertise in treatment-resistant depression, ketamine therapy, and transcultural psychiatry. He practices at Grey Nuns Community Hospital in Edmonton and continues to serve rural northern Alberta through telepsychiatry.
