Addressing muscle tension and improving flexibility are key to optimal performance 🏃‍♂️

Here are lower body areas you can target with a foam roller or lacrosse ball:
-Plantar Fascia
-Calves
-Hamstrings
-Quads
-IT band

Move slowly along each muscle until you find a tender spot. Perform 15-30 small oscillations or continue until the discomfort eases. Don’t forget to stretch afterward 🙆‍♂️

The bridge exercise is a simple but powerful way to:
✅ Strengthen your glutes & core
✅ Support low back health
✅ Improve hip mobility & stability

💡 How to do it:
1️⃣ Lie on your back with knees bent, feet hip-width apart
2️⃣ Engage your core & squeeze your glutes
3️⃣ Lift your hips slowly, then lower with control

Try adding 10-15 reps into your routine—your lower back will thank you!
