Thank you & Transition 🍂
Over the past three and a half years I have been fortunate to meet, learn from, support, and share with many wonderful people.
Recently I have begun to guide offerings that extend beyond yoga, and this has led me to shift.
Key values of Phases Yoga that will continue into the next phase…
1. Appreciation of yoga’s eight limbs.
This involves being clear with intention, being aware of when to step back (and step forward) and appreciating practices and culture.
2. Trauma Informed.
We learn and heal when our nervous system is met with care and understanding. Intake sessions are utilized to develop vocabulary and awareness that is most supportive of your current stage.
3. Inclusivity.
All are welcome in any phase of their lives and all of your feelings are important and matter.
4. Heart centered practice, where you are the focus.
In all sessions (whether 1:1 or group), support is intended to encourage connecting with your own wisdom. You make decisions about where the session will go, how you want to feel at the end, and you can always adjust. When working with body-based practice you are also guiding the process within your comfort and transformation goals.
4. Evolution.
We are here together. We rest, shed, pause, ignite, grow, blossom, and appreciate as much as we can.
My goals going forward are to…
1. Have clear offerings in each sphere of Yoga, Magic, or Movement sphere and to be communicative if any cross over is taking place.
2. Create space for feedback and adjustments.
3. Be in touch with community more consistently, through email, blog etc.
4. Develop more session options.
5. Develop reciprocity rituals to honour the Earth.
