The physical education fundamentals series of workshops will be starting off with the most overlooked but absolutely critical of functions to life. Respiration.

In the balanced Breathing workshop you will learn about how your breath is affecting your nervous system and why the quality of your breaths matter and how to better your breathing. Whether your current goal is weight loss, managing anxious or depressive states, or to improve performance in any facet of life, the importance of how you're breathing is part of the bedrock along that chosen journey.

What: Develop practical skills related to food cultivation while learning to care for self, each other and environment.
Where:
When: May 25 until Harvest every Sunday morning 9am to noon Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6pm to 8pm *weather permitting
Who: Lead by Holistic Health Coach .jon.villani
How: Regenerative farming, breath work, and functional movement integrated into every session.
Cost: $60 for the entire season, all proceeds go toward the project with open sourced accounting (for purchase of plants/tools/equipment ect)

Posture matters. If you find yourself stuck in this rounded forward position here are some movements to help put you back into a better alignment. Better alignment through the spine leads to better biomechanics of the musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, neurological and digestive systems. You'd be surprised at how much could go wrong when we are unaware of how we are interacting with gravity.
