Did you know that the brain and the heart are composed of 73% water, like even our bones consist of 31% water. Now here’s the kicker, even though water covers 71% of the Earth’s surface and 60% of the human body, 75% of all Americans are suffering from chronic dehydration. And I’m here to tell you like if you’re dehydrated at a cellular level in your body, your body’s in scarcity.
