🌿Here at Divine Nation, every medicine we work with carries intention🌿
The sage that we use in our cleansing rituals is handpicked and blessed by me. Every piece chosen thoughtfully and prayed over with deep reverence and respect for the Earth. Most of our other medicines are locally sourced aswell or mindfully selected to ensure they carry purity, integrity and Spirit. These are the gifts of Mother Nature. When we harvest our own medicine this way, it helps us to develop a deep connection to the plant, Spirit and to our own souls journey, awakening gratitude for the medicine that grows all around 🌱

Join us for a nourishing outdoor yoga class designed to ground, uplift, and restore your whole being. Surrounded by nature in the heart of Calgary, we’ll flow together in a gentle yet powerful practice that supports our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual self🪷

This special class is held in honor of Recovery Day—a time to celebrate healing, resilience, and the courage to begin again. Whether you’re in recovery yourself, supporting a loved one, or simply seeking connection and balance, you are warmly invited.

🌿 All are welcome. This is a pay-what-you-can class, offered in the spirit of community and accessibility. Your presence matters most.
🌿 Expect mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness to connect you back to your inner strength and peace. Aswell as some tips on holistic healing in recovery
🌿 No prior yoga experience needed—just bring your mat or a blanket, water, and an open heart.
🌿 We will meet by the parking lot(address below) and do a nice little nature walk together through the park and find our perfect place to flow together. Expect to be together for a couple hours

Smudging clears away any energy that doesn't belong and sets the tone with light, love and Divine connection. No matter what the event, the space and all attendees deserve to feel clear, grounded and filled with good energy.

🌿 Yoga + Sage Picking on Nose Hill 🌿
Join us next Sunday, 2–5 PM for a heart-nourishing afternoon on the land.

Location will be at the Viewpoint (Medicine Wheel) off 14 st.

We’ll start with a gentle Inner Child Healing Yoga Flow to reconnect with playfulness and joy, followed by lighthearted games and a community sage-picking walk.

✨ All ages welcome! Adults $20 • Children $10

Please bring:
🌿A yoga mat or blanket
🌿Water bottle
🌿Comfy clothes
🌿A small offering for the land
🌿A bag for sage

Let’s come together in nature to heal, play, and gather medicine in a good way. 💜

This yoga flow is a redo since our last one got moved inside due to the rain, I will add some new poses for those who attended last time but the theme,meditation and some of the practices will remain the same, this time we will get to do the games since it will be outside (as long as the weather cooperates!🤞)
I like to harvest my own sage for the winter so the medicines we use for our ceremonies are as natural as possible, blessed with pure intentions. This is a great way to develop your own relationship with the earth and these medicines We wont have many nice weekends left before the cold comes so I am going to try to host a few more events outside before summer is up⏳️

Witnessing an ego death in someone is a truly remarkable experience💞 my heart is so full from this weekends ceremony we did while camping out in beautiful nature🌿 It was themed around being rooted in Spirit so we can rise to our highest heights, creating a healthy holistically balanced lifestyle for us to build a solid foundation on and soul retrieval. And wow, did we ever retrieve some souls in miraculous ways! The Divine had something even bigger planned then I did, all glory be to the Most High🙌🪽✨️ I am so honored to be able to fascilitate these events, to hold space and guide others through life changing transformations. This is exactly why I do what I do, to bring people together and bring them back home to Spirit and their highest true authentic selves. Being in service to the Great Spirit and greater good of our people is the most rewarding job ever. My heart is overflowing with joy, gratitude and love🙏 Thank you to all who were a part of this magical, super fun and soul fulfilling weekend 💖

So true, the hardest part is getting people here to finally do the work, once they do they see how much fun it can be and not all that scary 🙃 In order to grow we have to stretch ourselves, growth doesnt come from staying where you are comfortable 🌻
