I use to say…..When I win the lottery, as a “hobby job” I’m going to be a delivery person. They get to drive around all day, chatting with people and dropping off packages. To bring happiness to people every day, it sounds like a perfect job! My coworkers would say…why don’t you do that now? I would say No, no money in it. Ha-ha I’m sure Canada post would disagree. Well since being laid off from my job in 2020 (like most of us), I think it’s time to start looking at life a bit differently, as I’m sure many of us are now. Not just taking a job to pay the bills but to actually find JOY and Fulfillment in the day to day activities that I chose to do. So today I am starting a Delivery Service. No I did not win the lottery. But the Joy I find driving around this beautiful providence of ours is the lottery. Now if I can help people that may struggle to find time to make it to the store, or just find it a hassle or perhaps they are concerned with Covid or winter driving. Let me give you back your time. Money can be generated, but time cannot. I’m an honest, reliable, friendly east coast girl that is trying to pursue her passion of service and entrepreneurship. My grandparents were farmers here in Alberta and I know how difficult it was for them in their later years to make it to town for their needs. Well I’m here to fill that need.
