We are seeking a warm, detail-oriented, and organized Client Care Coordinator to be the face and voice of our Edmonton studio. This person will be responsible for ensuring every client experience is seamless—from the first inquiry to post-service follow-up. The ideal candidate will love creating meaningful connections, be driven by results, and have a keen eye for both aesthetics and client satisfaction.

The part-time position requires availability on Thursdays AND Sundays from 9 AM to 3 PM, with occasional coverage of additional shifts as needed. Availability between August 28 and September 2 is especially important, as our current team member will be away during that period.

Key Responsibilities:

⚪️Serve as the main point of contact for all client interactions—greeting clients, answering questions, handling feedback with grace, and making every visit memorable.
⚪️Coordinate daily studio flow by managing appointments, ensuring timely service delivery, and supporting aestheticians and artists with scheduling needs.
⚪️Track and optimize client retention through feedback, follow-ups, and loyalty initiatives.
⚪️Support implementation of monthly promotions and communicate upcoming sales/events to clients via email, phone, and in-person conversations.
⚪️Collect and organize content for reviews, testimonials, and before-and-after visuals.
⚪️Collaborate with marketing team to align on messaging and ensure consistent branding across all client touchpoints.
⚪️Maintain studio aesthetics by ensuring promotional materials, signage, and displays are always clean, on-brand, and beautifully presented.
⚪️Assist with events like workshops, appreciation days, and product launches, handling RSVPs, welcome gifts, and follow-up communication.
⚪️Support the team with light administrative duties such as sales batching, basic inventory tracking, and reporting to the Studio Manager.
