Suffering from chronic back pain? Yoga is an effective tool for soothing back pain. This gentle practice is designed to ease pain, restore flexibility and strengthen the spine. Poses are carefully chosen and adapted to promote proper posture, stretch and strengthen muscles that support the spine, and increase hip and shoulder mobility.
