Heather Good has worked as a counsellor for the past 20 years and is trained as a clinical hypnotherapist. She believes in the power of mind/body medicine for healing and has worked in mental health/trauma. She specializes in offering hypnosis and yoga therapy for various mental health challenges.

Costa Rica….. Coming Home to your Heart Retreat ❤️🤍❤️

The seed 🌱of our retreat was planted over a decade ago — during a time of personal burnout and exhaustion.

In 2012, I attended a retreat at Blue Spirit in Nosara that was so nurturing and supportive.

During my retreat week - and in the months after — my pain released, my fatigue lessened, and I could see how long held grief and my habit of overgiving held me in a state of contraction.

Costa Rica’s Blue Zone wove its magic and my soul work became clear….

To heal myself and to provide a healing container for others to come into alignment with their highest selves.

On the final day of the retreat —- As I was sitting in the lobby, Deva Premal,
whose music I’d be listening to for decades walked up to me to say hello.

It felt like kismet for me when we met.
A sisterhood. A shared connection.

In 2023 —-my friend Tracey Gawley asked if I could host a concert in Calgary for Deva and Miten.

So full circle … here I am hosting at Casas Kismet— 15 mins down the road from Devas home at Blue Spirit

Talk about full circle ⭕️
So can you imagine my delight 🤍❤️🤍

Bringing our group to Blue Spirit … on Devas birthday… beyond magical.

Fully aligned & a memory that will live forever in my heart!

Friends… Follow the whispers and nudges of your heart.

Even if it requires taking a risk or growing past your edge.

Even if you don’t know how things are going to work out.

Never give up on your dreams…

And always listen to the gentle whispers of your soul.
