Movement 💛 Want to feel better? You have to move. 🏃♀️
Move your body and move your energy. ✨
How can you feel the best you can feel in the life you have now? Even with the constraints, challenges and obstacles. 💭 Exercise and movement will definitely help.
This is very simple in one sense – move everyday. Walking, running, dancing, biking, swimming, stretching – anything that feels good to you. 🚴
How about moving your energy? Sounds strange? It isn’t. We can get so bogged down by life – work, our responsibilities, our preferences, relationship struggles – that we can literally feel weighed down and unable to move. When this energy gets blocked it can feel terrible: exhaustion, lack of joy, irritability, low mood. So – learn to move your energy! 😃

Some ways to start: mindset, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork. 🧘♀️
If you have a lot of things from your past popping up – seek help to work on this. If you have done that work and are basically fighting with reality – work on letting go. 🤲
