We’re often asked why we encourage clients to book more than one therapy session — and the answer is simple: therapy works best with time and consistency.

The first session is rarely where change happens.
It’s where stories are shared, safety is built, and trust begins to form.

Therapy isn’t about quick fixes or one “breakthrough” conversation. It’s a process of noticing patterns, understanding your nervous system, and gently practicing new ways of relating to yourself and others — and that takes more than one meeting.

Booking multiple sessions isn’t about pressure or obligation.
It’s an act of accountability to yourself — a way of saying, this matters enough to return to.

It creates space for momentum, continuity, and care to build over time, rather than starting from scratch each session.

You’re always in control of the pace and length of your therapy journey. Our role is simply to help set you up for support that’s actually supportive.

Meet Ashley ✨

Ashley .therapist supports high-functioning, driven humans who are used to holding a lot, and are ready to stop living in constant overdrive. Her work blends performance psychology, nervous system regulation, and sleep and insomnia treatment to help clients feel more grounded, focused, and sustainable in their lives.

She works with athletes, professionals, and anyone feeling mentally exhausted, stuck, out of sync with their body, or struggling with sleep, rest, and recovery — using a practical, compassionate, skills-based approach.

We’re so excited to have Ashley as part of the Exhale team 🤍 Please help us in giving her a warm welcome!!

36 trips around the sun ✨

Heading into this year feeling proud, and not minimizing it this time.

I’ve never been great at celebrating my accomplishments, but I’m done pretending they don’t count. I’m here to celebrate fully, without shame.

Last year, my intention was coasting. And for the first time in a long time, that’s exactly what I did — at least in my business life.

No big changes.
No rebrands.
No new hires.
No new trainings.

Just contentment. Presence. Letting things be.

Maybe slowing down gave me enough space to actually notice what I’ve built, and feel proud of it.

As for the year ahead… coasting is definitely not it 😌

There are already some big changes coming (more on that in January 👀), and I’m feeling energized and excited about what’s unfolding.

I couldn’t sit still for longer than a year if I tried. IYKYK 🤍
