We are starting YOU ARE LOVE 2.0 on October 1st and I would love to share the ins and outs of the program.

These will be the most integrative 6 weeks of inner work. Some of my students last year called it "A complete course in self-therapy". For many women the program saved thousands of dollars in therapy sessions and a ton of time.

Each class will have an insightful video (pre-recorded or a zoom meeting) to change your perspective on the issue and a self-hypnosis audio tailored to release the root cause of it.

In 6 weeks we will cover:

Week 1 - Loving YOURSELF

October 1st - Self love vs Selfishness
October 2nd - Six conditions of confidence
October 3rd - Women's fears
October 4th, Zoom meeting at 8pm MST - Your core values and beliefs. What drives your actions and behaviors.

Week 2 - Loving your JOURNEY

October 11th, Zoom meeting at 8pm MST - Shadow work. Know the hidden parts of your personality.

Week 3 - Loving your MIND

October 18th, Zoom meeting at 8pm MST - Unhealthy strategies and behaviors

Week 4 - Loving your BOUNDARIES

October 21st - Personal boundaries
October 23rd - Stop manipulations
October 25th, Zoom meeting at 8pm MST - Become indifferent to criticism

Week 5 - Loving your BODY

October 28th - Mind-body connection
October 30th - Your healthy habits
November 1st, Zoom meeting at 8pm MST - Your relationships

Fear of not being liked.
And if you are not liked, you think you are unworthy.
And feeling unworthy is quite painful. Your mind will undoubtedly choose to hide from actions, decisions and choices that can even closely lead to the threat of not being liked. Away from pain, closer to pleasure.

This is a deep rooted program in your subconscious mind. You formed it out of necessity to survive. it is a basic instinct - if you are accepted in the tribe - you guarantee yourself protection and safety.

Not a bad strategy for a child. There aren’t a lot of options for a little YOU to come up with when most of the events in your childhood are out of your control.

But now you are two times taller and your logic works 10x better and when you are afraid to show up for yourself in this world because of this fear, it feels pretty frustrating, isn’t it?

No one can shift this belief for you.
Beliefs reside in the deepest part of your mind and to change them you need to open the door to your subconscious.
Unfortunately it is challenging to access your subconscious mind and rewire it by yourself. Especially if you are not trained to do so.

Here is a great mental exercise - take your age, minus first years before school and active social life and you will have a number of years to are struck in this fear. Then take the average life span,
minus the number you got and you will not doubt whether it’s time to change your beliefs.

Fear of silence...
I remember having my breakfast while checking my emails at the same time with the Netflix show humming in the background.

I was uncomfortable with complete silence. Because in silence I could hear my thoughts and they could become louder, more anxious and more persistent. And I didn't know what to do with them or how to get rid of them.

When you are healing, you welcome silence into your life, you even crave it. Because you are no longer afraid of your past, you are no longer afraid of what you create in your mind. You have control over your thoughts.

The ugly side of life balance.

The illusion that sold to you through the social media lenses makes you believe that you are out of balance. That you need more peace, more awareness, more control over your life, better body, more money.

Therapists, coaches, healers and experts all scream to your heart:

I you help you get X using Y so that you become Z.

And fifty other variations of the same strategy.
The promise of the life balance, happiness and joy.

And who do we have here:

1. A renowned nutritionist whose daughter is in the hospital with anorexia.

2. A millionaire health coach, secretly going for chemo sessions.

3. A successful relationship expert, not having intimacy with his wife for 6 months now

4. A holistic blogger with 500k following, curling up in depression every evening, drowning a third glass of wine

5. A fitness coach with a perfect body, making herself feel more enough with another round of bulimia.

So maybe there is actually a balance, but not in the form you like.

Balance can be easily confused with having it perfect in all areas of your life. But since the universe balances perfect with a little bit of “ugly and painful”, be careful what stories you believe in out there.

Thrive for a free mind not for balance. Balance will happen by itself.

🟢You dream of working your own hours, having the flexibility to travel. Maybe even living somewhere warm for six months.
It’s a great dream.

🟢Freedom is our strongest value but you are not sure how to get there.

🟢I feel you. I have been there.
In April 2022, I was walking past my old rented place whose owner is in Cyprus now, living his best life as an IT expat.
🟢I really wanted the same. I wanted to explore the world, escape the harsh two months in Calgary and to label myself “free and independent”

🟢In return I received more worries, frustration and burnout. When the dream crashes, the mind collapses in pity and sorrow.

🟢And for the last three weeks I have been seeing quite a few business owners who came to me with that same anxiety of having business that turned out to be a constant source of overwhelm.
You want freedom and flexibility but do you know the price of it. If you knew, you would immediately become quite happy with your nine to five job, pay check bi weekly and three weeks of vacation (and even two is fine)

🟢There is a legitimate reason why there is only 7% of business owners in the world, ninety percent of whom will fail in the next 5 years.

🟢People want the freedom, get inspired by “perfectness” of sales funnels and…
End up anxious.
Only strong mind can help you retain that freedom.

Only the way you talk to yourself will help you in challenges
How you negotiate with yourself can help you be the one to enjoy that freedom.

🟢The secret to those skills is in your subconscious mind. And mastering your subconscious mind is in my hypnotherapy sessions.

🔴In conflict there is a desire to end it all or start all over.

🔴Tired exhausted women coming to me with one simple request:
“How to stand up for my truth, how to resolve conflicts with my partner.
We tend to not talk to each other for days and then it just becomes awkward to reconnect”

God, It is hard to find the unconditional love again after the fight. In those moments the mind just wants to run away from dealing with relationship struggles. It feels like all those years of marriage and relationship don’t even matter. Here is what subconscious mind tells you in a fight with your partner:
• end it now. It will be so much easier to be single. Out of sight, out of mind
• push on his pain points. Talk about not loving you, not understanding you, not supporting you.
• withdraw. Punish him so he knows how it much hurts you.
• doubt yourself. Make it your fault and apologize so that he doesn’t get too frustrated. Frustrated men withdraw.
🔴None of these techniques bring you closer to him. And if he says you are too emotional and overreacting you feel even more unheard and unsupported. Just like in…. childhood.
Or you can heal childhood pain and stop looking for excape.

🔴Conflict will happen and even need to happen. We are different and when we collide, it hurts.

🔴But the pleasure of strong connection is worth the healing that needs to be done.

✅ I am afraid to be confident.

❓Have you ever heard it from anyone? ❓Anyone ever admitted to you: I don’t wont to be confident because I can lose loved ones?

Yet, this is exactly what I hear in the hypnotherapy session.

✅Surprised?

When the time comes to let go of old beliefs and patterns, clients confess they are afraid to be confident because someone will not like it and they will lose friends circle, parental support, acceptance from partners.

The next time you are saying you are trying to feel enough and to be confident, ask yourself if you are actually ready to embrace that confidence.

✅The first question in the sessions I give to my clients: I don’t have confidence, but at LEAST I have….

And the answers are:

- at least I have good relationship
- at least I am honest (no, you are not)
- at least I have great friends
- at least I am kind

And they strongly believe that becoming confident will take it all away from them.

Ok, no problem, you can hold onto old patterns.
Just remember that some patterns bring you joy and some lead you to more pain.

✅This world changed, people.
You are not a child anymore where you had to choose between being nice and confident.

✅You can have it BOTH.

✌️Only two things control your life

🌱I used to have a strong belief in my early 20s that if I control the situation (people’s opinions, their reactions to me, love, my body), then I can call my life happy and successful.

🌱People still believe in it even in their 30s and 50s. They strongly hold onto control in hopes to be accepted, loved and appreciated.

😟Until they fall to their knees. Just like I did at 33.

I suddenly (as a result of my hypnotherapy training) realized 2 things control my 🌱life, my happiness, my actions and decisions. That I was completely out of control.

‼️One of them is my own mind (I had no idea how to direct my mind, so it “kindly” directed me according to my limiting beliefs)

‼️The other thing was my desire to control people’s attitudes.
Do they like me? Oh, I need to be funnier.
Do they approve my choices? Maybe I should say it was not my choice.

🌱Do they judge me? Maybe I need to be prettier, more friendly, more positive.
And all those efforts were my personally created vicious cycle.

‼️Now I know the difference between control and the illusion of control.
‼️And I can teach you in your own hypnotherapy session.

🎭You can’t heal what you don’t feel.
People get it so wrong. They say: but I do feel anxiety, fear and uncertainty, so deep! I do feel sadness and anger, why don’t I heal these feelings.

🎭Because you, just like in childhood, keep running from them or shutting them down. You still feel them but not in a way they need to be processed.

- you ice-cream the conflict with your partner
- you netflix your lack of purpose
- you tik-tok your excuse to not do things 
- you wine your stress
- you drug your depression
- you party your indecision
- you gossip your fears

🎭As a result, you feel the pain even deeper but with little fun breaks.
One of my old friends told me when I showed her this list: Where is the fun of life then if I eliminate all of this?
You choose your definition of fun. Whether it is a deep meaningful life or surface pretence of living.
