It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear colleague and friend, Shelley🤍

As a Client Care Coordinator at SKIN Regina, Shelley was the warm smile that welcomed so many through our doors. Her kindness, bright spirit, and genuine care touched everyone, especially our UVB clients, who adored her as much as we did. SKIN Calgary is growing, we’re looking for a new Client Care Coordinator🤍

This person will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the coordination of client appointments, inquiries, and support throughout their journey with us. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client care.

Responsibilities:
•Greet and warmly welcome clients, providing a professional and friendly first impression.
•Coordinate client appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling
•Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, text, and in-person, providing accurate information and resolving concerns or issues effectively.
•Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy of information.
•Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless and coordinated experience for clients, including coordinating pre and post-treatment instructions.
•Provide administrative support, including managing paperwork, data entry, and maintaining inventory of office supplies and products.
•Actively contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming clinic environment.

Requirements:
•Previous experience working in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic in a customer service or client-facing role is strongly preferred.
•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a high level of customer service.
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
•Proficiency in using computer systems
•Knowledge of the cosmetic medicine industry, dermatology and a strong interest in aesthetics is essential.
•Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
•Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, as required.

This is a full-time position with 4-5 shifts a week.

Angela Street is no stranger to the world of aesthetic medicine. With over a decade of hands-on experience and a deep-rooted passion for natural, subtle results, she’s built a reputation for clinical excellence, her artistic eye and trust.

Angela’s nursing journey began in 2008 at Foothills Medical Centre, where she developed a strong foundation in acute medical care and obstetrics. With an early interest in dermatology, she pursued advanced clinical experience through preceptorships across various specialties. This journey led her to discover her passion for medical aesthetics, the field that continues to inspire her every day.

In 2014, Angela fully immersed herself in the aesthetics industry. Over the years she has found her true passion lies in guiding middle-aged woman through graceful journeys-creating strategic, long term plans that boost confidence and celebrate timeless beauty, her work is deeply personal and highly individualized. She is known for her gentle touch, whether it be just treating the lips or doing a full-face harmonization.

Angela has had the privilege to attend numerous medical training opportunities across Canada as well as the U.S. for a broad skill set keeping at the forefront of the industry.

Alongside her clinical practice, Angela brings an extensive background in nursing education. She has taught Foundations of Nursing, Clinical Nursing Skills, and Ethics, and her practical nurse role continues as she mentors emerging aesthetic professionals with patience, grace, and best practice techniques.

Nurse Angela offers an extensive treatment list including Neuromodulators, Dermal Filler, PRP, Biostimulators and Skin Boosters.

She will be injecting on Wednesdays and Thursdays at SKIN Calgary, her online booking is available now!
