A bit about sharing my passion for Self Discovery thru Singing…

In my work, I have the honour to witness the participants in my “Perfectly Imperfects” and my “Explore Your Voice” classes take vulnerable risks that allow themselves to be seen for who they truly are, arrive on the other side, and then declare that what they have experienced will serve them… not just in singing… but in the whole of their lives. Weaving my love of singing with my knowledge and experience as a somatic practitioner, I am able to support people in finding their voices and often… in finding themselves.

And for this, I am very truly grateful!

Have you ever wanted a safe place to explore your singing voice?

With only 14 spaces available, the journey of self discovery through singing continues this spring for adults 18+. This 11-week evening class offers the opportunity to explore your unique voice in a safe space while being supported by a small community of amazing humans.

Throughout our time together, we will follow a basic structure…
We begin with a welcome, a check in, a warm up for the body & voice, a vocal teaching, and end with a check out. In between… for this session… we will build capacity & confidence to sing while giving and receiving songs, explore why fear comes up when singing, support each other while applying the vocal teachings, and take a deeper dive into where the voice is held and/or blocked in the body.

This 12-week class offers the opportunity to work on a song in a safe space. While experiencing the support of a small community of lovely people, we will learn from each other as we deepen our understanding of singing, breath, how to support our voices more fully, how to prepare a song for performance, as well as tips for overcoming performance anxiety.

If you would like to improve your singing and/or performance, this class may be a good fit for you. If you have always wanted to sing but have held the belief that you do not have skills and/or talent... please know that you are welcome to join us.

Cost: $165 for Twelve 90-Minute Classes*
