✨When the healer needs healing!✨

Things in my world have been hard and heavy the last little while especially the last couple weeks. I have had some pretty hot fires to walk through and processing it all has not been easy. Old traumas have resurfaced leaving me feeling raw and uncertain of many things.

As a healer I have many tools I can use to assist me in my personal healing but I knew I needed more. I knew I needed support and compassion. I needed help releasing and putting the heavy.

I am so grateful that my dear friend Terra was in town this weekend and I was able to book a session with her to work her magic. She is absolutely amazing and I so grateful for her knowledge and skill. My session was amazing an so much of what I needed.

If you have been struggling lately and are having trouble moving through things let me give you permission to ask for help. It’s ok. You have a right to live your life to the fullest, a right to be happy and a right to thrive. You don’t have to do it alone. I see you! I’m here for you! Lots of love to you! 💕

More and more I am finding it easier to say NO. I have been a serial people pleaser, spreading myself thin. This would leave me feeling so drained, resentful and angry. Mostly with myself. I have tried to adopt an attitude of “let your NO be NO and your YES be YES!” I am getting better at honouring my needs so in turn I can be the best version of myself. In the end if we constantly say YES what we are actually doing is saying NO to ourselves. It’s ok to have boundaries! It’s one of the greatest ways we can show ourselves love. 💕

💕Happy Love Day💕

I am a very blessed lady because I’m surround by the love of these three every day. They fill my life with so much joy and happiness. I am eternally grateful that I get to do life with them. Although I celebrate our love daily today just feels extra special getting to spending the day with my Valentines. I love you Casuga boys! 💘

This story came to mind last night as I was reminiscing about my time with WestJet. So amazing that it came up in my FB memories today. I love how spirit works. This has to be one of my favourite moments from my time as a flight attendant. And yes, I still have the scarf. ❤️
