We are so excited to welcome back one of our amazing returning vendors! 💕

Together, Doulas and Childbirth Educators Christa & Laura, teach Prenatal Education in Red Deer and area. Their in-person classes cover topics about Pregnancy, Childbirth through into Newborn care and the 4th Trimester transition. Between them they have 25+ years of experience and over the past 4 years their passion for educating expecting families has really grown.

Each week we dive into topics surrounding pregnancy, labour and newborn care. We touch on breastfeeding and discuss the 4th Trimester adjustment too.
