Pre Screening Questions

To help us maintain a safe and healthy environment in our clinic we ask all patients to do the pre screening questionairre:

-any new or changed cough
-sore throat
-runny nose
-nasal congestion
-shortness of breath
-recent loss of taste or smell
-if you have travelled in the last two weeks or have been around anyone with a presumed or confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last two weeks.

COVID-19 Protocals:

We have introduced a new standard of sanitizing and cleaning of high use areas.

We are pre screening patients and encouraging physical distancing in our waiting room.

We are using face masks, disposable instruments and other protective equipment throughout our clinic and during treatments.
