Do you know why marionette lines are called marionette lines? It’s because the deep lines that run from the corners of your mouth to your chin resembles those of a puppet!

They are caused by a combination of volume loss to the soft tissue in the area, bone loss to your lower jaw, and gravity pulling on increasingly loose skin as you age.
