A little movement each day can support flexibility, strength, and overall comfort. If youโre getting back into a routine, try these simple, low-impact exercises:
Neck stretches (left/right, 20โ30 seconds each side)
Shoulder rolls (10 forward + 10 backward)
Wall angels (8โ12 reps, slow and controlled)
Seated knee extensions (10โ12 reps per leg)
Glute bridges (8โ12 reps)
Standing calf raises (12โ15 reps)
Move within a comfortable range, no sharp pain, and pause if anything feels off.
