I am very excited for my first time visiting Montreal!

I will have the opportunity to tour the city for a day, so, what should I do?!

It has been an emotional few weeks.
☺️🫠😍🫩😝🫣🤣😥🥹
But the time has arrived for me to move into my new space.

I am so excited to begin this next chapter, to share my ‘vision come to life’, and continue to provide authentic care.

As I reflect on the experience of setting up my own business, I am proud of my accomplishment, happy for the support I am surrounded with, and exhausted from shaping a dream.

There is still work to be done this weekend, but I am honoured to be doing it.

As it turns out I wanted change, but I wasn’t ready.

My brain was struggling, I couldn’t focus, and my direction was off course, if there even was a course that day.

Change began 8 months ago, I had found a program that works!!

But I didn’t believe it…. Yet.

I’m skeptical of anything new, friends, food, activities and most of all health programs.

However the progressions and results I witnessed were enough to make me try the Dynamic Brain Healing program and it changed my life!
