Hello,

I haven't posted in a while, but I'm super excited to share that I'm starting teaching yoga in Crestmont Community Hall in July. There will be only 3 classes in July, but more will come in August and in the fall. Stay tuned! Looking forward seeing some familiar faces.

A weekend to remember! Another successful yoga retreat weekend spent with wonderful ladies who share their life-stories, hobbies and their passions. We have people from Whitefish (USA), Lethbridge & Calgary. During this past weekend we did 4 different yoga classes, meditated, did hiking and enjoyed delicious food specially made for us. Perfect weekend in a beautiful settings with amazing people. Thank you all for coming!
