I have been there. Not just with massage, but working out, taking a little nap, going for a walk. Insert whatever form of self-care you like.

And I get it, life does happen and it gets challenging at times, survival kicks in and the things that makes us grounded often times, are the things that evaporate first.

As chronic procrastinator, I am aiming to take more action to avoid crisis.
