This year is a big year for me! 🎉. It marks my 20th year in practice as a massage therapist and to reflect not only the increased cost of living these days but the longevity of my career, it’s time to adjust my prices. This decision hasn’t come lightly, as I know the consistent increase of prices everywhere impacts us all to varying degrees. I thank you for your understanding and support during this change, and as always, I am committed to delivering the highest quality service possible. This change will be in effect as of August 1, 2024. The prices for individual massage sessions will be as follows:
30 minutes $60
45 minutes $90
60 minutes $120
90 minutes $180
120 minutes $240
As of August 1, I will also be offering multi-session packages. This will work best for those of you who are committed to their health and come for regular treatments. For more information on packages, please send me a message. Lastly, click the link in my bio for online booking options 🗓️

How many of you athletes out there experience digestive problems when training intensity increases during competition prep? Having to alter your training sessions to accommodate diarrhea, stomach pain, gas, bloating?

Stomach 25 (Heavens Pivot) is great for relieving diarrhea, constipation, poor appetite, abdominal pain, bloating, gas, and intestinal abscesses (ulcerative colitis). As with all acupuncture points, this point is used best when combined with other points selected for the individual patient and their pattern presentation.

“Surrounding the Dragon” 🐲 is a technique I learned in school this semester where needles are inserted along the border of a scar to initiate healing for scar reduction. I had skin cancer removed from my shoulder last summer and have a nice big keloid scar that I wanted to give this technique a try with 🙃 I’m not too fussed over the scar itself but I’m interested to see if it helps with the pigmentation??? Hopefully it won’t look so angry after a few treatments 🤞
