CASS is a Not-For-Profit Human Service Agency which was founded in 1988 in order to support people with disabilities to escape segregation and discrimination - and to live, work, play and contribute in their communities. The work of CASS is a combination of advocacy, community development and service to the people of Calgary. Today CASS came together to recognize National AccessAbility Week (NAAW, May 26–31)—an opportunity for connection, team-building, and strengthening our understanding of disability and accessibility!
CAES hosted a Disability Awareness Training Event, to give our staff experience with different disabilities to create an awareness of how we can better support our clients and learn from a new perspective💥

Stations included a wheelchair obstacle course and sight, hearing and dexterity challenges. 🦯🦽
