In celebration of Canada Day, our office will be closed on Monday, June 30th and Tuesday, July 1st. We’ll resume regular business hours on Wednesday, July 2nd.

As we support more families during this time with reduced hours, there may be longer wait period. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Healthier families are happier families, and when each person receives the care they need, everyone benefits.

Hey everyone!
As we set our clocks forward this Sunday, our team at South Trail Chiropractic wants to remind you how vital maintaining your wellness routine is during this shift. 💪

Tips for a Smooth Daylight Savings Transition:

✅ Sleep Smart: Gradually adjust your bedtime a few days before the change. Aim for those golden 7-9 hours of sleep.
