For parents who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss, remembering isn’t something to “move past.”
It’s something they carry — quietly, daily.

You don’t need the perfect words.
You can help by asking about their pregnancy.
By welcoming stories about their baby.
By letting their name be spoken.

Your willingness to listen tells them their love still matters and their story existed.

October 15 – Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day

Today, we pause to remember the babies who were deeply loved and never forgotten.
The ones we carried in our bodies, in our arms, or only in our hearts. 💜

If this day touches your story — please know you’re not alone. Grief after loss doesn’t follow a timeline. It can resurface in quiet moments, milestones, or days like today. It’s okay to feel it all — the sadness, the longing, the love that never fades.

At Rocky Mountain Wellness, we remember with you. We honour every story, every parent, and every baby — no matter how brief their time.

🕯️ At 7 p.m., people around the world will light a candle to create a wave of light in remembrance. Whether you light one for your own baby or in solidarity with others, your light matters.

Let’s hold space together for grief, love, and remembrance.

I'm thrilled to open the doors to a new office space designed to feel like a retreat from the busyness of everyday life. The atmosphere is serene, calming, and inviting—perfect for individuals and couples to find comfort and clarity as we work together.

The experience of relaxation begins before you even walk into the office. In the lobby, a lush atrium with koi fish offers a moment of stillness, inviting you to pause, breathe, and let go of the outside world. It’s a natural reminder that healing often starts with small, grounding moments.

This new space reflects my commitment to creating an environment where you feel safe, supported, and at ease. Whether you’re coming in for individual therapy, couples work, or fertility and perinatal support, I look forward to welcoming you here.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy is a brief, trauma-informed therapy that helps people find relief from symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and more — often in just 1–5 sessions.
It works by using eye movements to help the brain process distressing memories in a new way, without needing to retell the story in detail. You stay in control and fully aware throughout the process.

Whether you’re carrying the weight of trauma, feeling stuck in anxious thought patterns, or coping with loss or emotional overwhelm — ART helps reduce the emotional intensity tied to painful memories while increasing a sense of calm, clarity, and resilience.

If talk therapy hasn’t quite fit, or if you're looking for a different way to move through your healing, ART might be the right next step.

Let’s talk about whether it’s a fit for you.

This long weekend, check in with yourself.

Not with what you should do, but with what you truly need.

Maybe the mountains are calling you.
Maybe it’s a slow morning with no plans.
Maybe you need to explore somewhere new, or finally tackle that project that’s been quietly nagging at you.
Maybe it’s connection — a catch-up with a friend, or time with people who fill your cup.
Maybe it’s solitude.

Whatever it is, give yourself permission to honor it.

✨ Be intentional. Ask yourself:

What would feel nourishing right now?

What’s one thing I can say yes to this weekend that’s just for me?

You don’t have to earn rest. You don’t have to explain what you need.

Wishing you moments of ease, clarity, and exactly what your heart’s asking for ❤️

Self-care can be simplified. ✨

For me, it’s about the little things that help me feel more like myself again. My go-tos? Trying a new recipe, getting lost in a good book, resting when I need it, chatting with a friend, and stepping away from work for a breather.

I’d love to hear yours. What are your simple, everyday self-care essentials? Share them below — you might just inspire someone else. 💛
