What a weekend… I’m still feeling it dance in my heart. ✨

So much gratitude for the opportunity to hold space for ten incredible women at the Elemental Alchemy Retreat.
To witness connection unfold, stories shared, and the quiet moments where something within shifts… it’s something I don’t take lightly.

We moved together through ceremony and experience—
an animal spirit journey, a powerful fire ceremony, and a heart-opening cacao ceremony.
We softened into sound through mantra chanting, a nourishing sound bath, and a gong journey that carried us deep.

There was the beauty of a despacho ceremony to honour Mother Earth, incredible food that nourished us, and moments that felt so real and human—
laughter echoing through the space, tears being held with care, and so many genuine, grounding hugs.

These weekends remind me that healing doesn’t have to be complicated…
Sometimes it looks like being together, being witnessed, and allowing what’s true to move through.

I feel so honoured to have shared this space with each of you. Thank you for trusting us, and for bringing your whole selves into the circle. 🤍 .alignment

in the body, in the heart, in the parts of us still waiting to be met.

There’s a language that lives beyond words—
I found it in vibration.

In the hum of a bowl,
the crescendo of a gong,
the echo of a drum,
the quiet spaces in between.

Sound found me
when I forgot how to feel,
when my heart needed a doorway
back into itself.

And now—
I hold space for others
to remember too.

To soften.
To release.
To come home.

Because healing doesn’t always look like fixing—
sometimes it looks like
lying beside strangers
who slowly become soul family,
breathing in rhythm,
hearts unwinding together.

This is why I do this.

For the moments when walls fall away,
when tears are witnessed without words,
when something ancient inside us says—
you are not alone.

Sound is the bridge.
Community is the medicine.

And I am so grateful
to walk this path with you. ✨
