🏋️♂️ F45 Kingsland Lift Club is coming June 1 🏋️♀️
We’re launching a new small-group strength training program focused on:
• Squat
• Bench Press
• Deadlift
• Progressive overload
• Strength development and lifting technique
This 6-week program is designed to help you build confidence under the bar, improve your lifting mechanics, and get stronger in a supportive coaching environment.
📅 Starts Monday, June 1
🏁 Final Session: Wednesday, July 8
🕚 Mondays & Wednesdays at 11:00 AM
➕ Additional Session Friday, June 26
⏱ 30-minute sessions
👥 Limited to only 6 members
💲 $150 + GST
Please note there will be no Lift Club session on Wednesday, July 1 due to the holiday. The Friday, June 26 session has been added to keep the full progression structure intact.
Led by Coach Deborah with sessions coached by either Coach Deborah or Coach Mila.
