ANNOUNCEMENT!! Your favorite acupuncturist will be leaving Crowchild Physiotherapy at the end of April. By all means, continue your therapy with them, but if you would like to continue your acupuncture treatments with me, you can book online. I plan to add more availability to my schedule, so if you don’t already see a time/day that works for you, let me know.

As some of you know, I have taken quite a bit of time off this month for bereavement, so if you still want to see me in Brentwood, I’m afraid slots are quickly filling up, so get in while you can. Otherwise, I look forward to seeing you in Ranchlands at Docere Wellness!

I realize this isn’t a TCM based post, but TCM is all about balance in mind, body and spirit. Personally, I paint to make my spirit shine. It’s important to find what makes you shine. Keeps the balance. ❤️
By the way, I also sell my artwork. Nothing wrong with paying the bills while your spirit shines. So, when you find your shine, don’t just give it away! Everything about you is precious.
