I had a conversation with an athlete yesterday about “what’s the worst thing that could happen if they went back in to play.” This. This is the worst thing that can happen, you could die. It’s not something we say to scare you.

Or you could develop Post Concussion Syndrome and have to learn to manage concussion symptoms for the next few years or for the rest of your life.

Neither are good options.

Hit. Stop. Sit.

🟣Today is Rowan’s Law Day🟣

I had a conversation with an athlete yesterday about “what’s the worst thing that could happen if they went back in to play.” This. This is the worst thing that can happen, you could die. It’s not something we say to scare you.
