If we were exposed to the true potential we held within us, almost every one of us would run the other way.

Most of what we've chosen to identify with in our lives is also just an idea. And the ideas that we hold onto the most are the ones that cause us the most hardship in our lives.

Your true inheritance when you came into this world is beyond anything financial, anything that needs to be earned. It's that you're already enough as you are. There are no mistakes, only lessons.
Good and evil only exist when there are two sides to take. The greatest lesson of all is when you recognize that nothing you've ever done is outside of forgiveness. The same is true of every thing that's ever existed on this planet.

Forgiveness moves us forward. It frees you and everyone around you from all the anger, the pain, and guilt created by the belief that we were any better or any different from any one else.

Tis the season.
The world is going full Fire mode.

As the old structures of hierarchy continue their demise, the opportunity come to let go of the frustration, the resentment, and channel all the anger that comes up into something useful.

The fire that lights up within us when enough has finally hit enough. Fire transforms. It burns away the pieces within ourselves and the world we have all created that no longer need to be there.

But fire needs air to survive.
The more we push it down, shut ourselves off to the anger, the less powerful we become, and the world continues it's demise. Our life continues to stay the same.

When we add breath to what we're feeling, we bring in that which we need to allow that fire to burn, so that we can truly Become that powerful soul that has always been within us.

Anger is Change. Anger is Boundaries. Anger is Empowering.

And beyond it lies the world which serves us all, not just those who wish to create fear, power dynamics and control.

Let us welcome the change, with all the air and fire we can muster.

RE-LAUNCH***

What's hit me in recent weeks is how much energy I had put into performing. From the way I've approached sports, relationships, career and my own education.

Of course, there were a lot of things I just enjoyed doing. But there's always a point when I felt the switch.
When after the game I would replay all the mistakes I made rather than just living in the joy of the fun I just had.
When I hit that point in the relationship where I felt I could no longer meet the expectations of my idea of Mr. Perfect, and I actually had to use boundaries.
Where someone's body didnt respond well to treatment and I'd spend a week brainstorming what I needed to do better next time.

I've never entered anything that I didnt enjoy. Yet the weight of the expectations I set for myself would at times rob me of the excitement that life can bring. Ultimately it all came back to my own void of not feeling that I was enough.

When I speak about Becoming, I speak to the opportunity to step past the hardships that we create in out life that prevent us from living truly. As this year of the Fire Horse reigns in, we can move forward and create an experience for ourselves in this lifetime that is all about doing the things we love, trusting our own power, and letting go of the need to waste energy on the unnecessary.

Why even?

The emotions we resist create restrictions in our body, our patterns of breathing as well as how we live our life.
We can live in avoidance, play the blame game, OR we can recognize and own that our lessons are our responsibility.

When we open up ourselves to feeling, we open up new ways of experiencing our lives. We move beyond the stuck patterns into freedom. Which transforms not only our view on life, but how we choose to treat ourselves, and how the blood and nerves communicate through all parts of the body.

A truly healthy body is fully open to breath (and to life).

Trans•form•ation.
The action of moving beyond a particular way a thing exists or appears.

So much of our lives are made up.
Made up beliefs about what is right and what is wrong.
Made up stories around needing to be a certain way to feel loved and accepted.
Made up ideas of a level of success that will make you feel worthy to be a man/woman or part of society.

The lenses created by society and passed down through our family form the way that we view the world. And much of it is false.

We are already free, loved, and worthy of existing in this world. All it takes is to remember how this actually feels.

Excited to bring home the being. It's a great time to let go of the parts that are no longer working, and step fully into our true potential.

The action of moving beyond the way a particular in which a thing exists.

We exist as a culmination of beliefs of how the world is taught through family, society, and lived experience.

How much of it did we actually choose?
One way to break through the patterns is to come back into experiences that move us beyond the physiological states that we've learned to exist in. As my mentor said "The way we breathe is the way we live." A calculated life limits the ability to really live in the flow of breath/life.

We've lost the meaning of health. It's NOT the absence of disease. It's flowing through life without resistance; balanced both with the vessel we move around in (our body) AND in the environment that supports it.

A true healer is not searching for disease. They recognize where the body is off balance and out of alignment with health, and helps support that person in rediscovering what it means to feel good again, both in their body and in their life.

The world is crazy out there. For the second time in 5 years, the level of fear, divisiveness and uncertainty is being driven to levels many of us have never experienced in our lifetime. Even teenagers are talking politics.

There are great individuals within each of these systems. Being in the health service industry, I have the opportunity to work with people across many different backgrounds. Many of them truly love the work they do, however, they are burdened and stressed by the systems that don't put them, nor the people they serve, first.

If we move beyond the stories, the excuses we are told as to why these things exist, and our emotional attachments to them, we begin to see new possibilities and opportunities to make things better for ourselves, and for everyone else.

There has never been a more important time to focus on things like breathwork, meditation, and connection to nature, people, and the things that make life meaningful. Step by step, action by action, we move forward. Through the uncertainty, through the pressure of outside forces. On the other side lies a better world, a world made new. But we have to free ourselves from these artificial boundaries built from fear and control. Everything created in our world was always just an idea, not an absolute truth.

We are all one 🤍

Every movement, Every posture, Every fall.

Each emotion repressed, each life lesson, each role we've played in our lives.

It can all have a massive effect on how our nervous system allows us to move, breathe, recover, and be well. Mentally, Physically, and Emotionally.
Tight muscles, restricted breathing, poor digestion, headaches, and sore backs, necks, and jaws.
All symptoms.

Your nervous system protects you. And any of the above examples is related to overprotective, heightened reflexes in your body that may be reacting to past, current, or perceived future injuries or stressors.

If these neurological patterns in your body are not relaxed through treatment (and I don't mean heavy painful treatment given until your body 'taps out'), you will continue to feel the same aches and pains typical of a body whose resiliency is compromised by broken repair mechanisms.

The body is a unit. It can heal itself. AND you can get better, longer lasting results.

Do you ever feel like you're numbing out, distracting yourself, and avoiding facing people or situations so you don't have to face those feelings?

Fear lies at the root of holding us back from really experiencing our lives. It fuels our worries when we can't sleep at night, the tightness in our stomachs when we can't digest, and the tension in our jaws, shoulders and hips.
Our body holds on so tightly to the belief that we are going to be safe. Yet if we give ourselves the chance to step through that door and actually feel those emotions, we start to recognize how little of everything that is going on in society today actually effects us. When we live from the inside out, we can create a life and a world that reflects love and harmony, not fear and division.

Let us remember that inner truth together, we are all one, Unconquerable.
