As we enter this holy Easter weekend celebrated by Christians around the world, I am going to ask you to keep an open mind to a slightly different perspective on these three days. Spirit is asking us to not only reflect on the death and resurrection of Jesus but rather on his life. He not only came to earth “to die for us”, he also came, like all of the Ascended Masters, to show us how to live. Chrisitan teachings mark Good Friday as a day of solemn reflection on the suffering and death of Jesus as a sacrifice made for humanity’s sins. Two days later, Easter Sunday celebrates Jesus’ resurrection as a joyous triumph over death and sin. These days were the culmination of his life purpose but what about his journey through his short life? In addition to reverence and gratitude for his ultimate sacrifice, can we also reflect on what this Ascended Master came to teach us? Can we follow the example he set for us throughout his life? Our Angel Messages come from a deck that I have had for a while but is making its first appearance in our Angel Messages blog. The deck is the Dragon Oracle created by Diana Cooper. According to the author, “dragons are beautiful, wise, open-hearted etheric beings of the angelic realms who are sent here by Source to assist us.” They love this planet and everyone on it and are eager to connect with us. There are many coming to Earth at this time to help usher in the Golden Age. They can help and protect us by burning up lower energies and travel with us when we go through the astral plane. They help clear our path and keep us grounded. According to Cooper, all of us have a personal dragon who stays with us all of our lifetimes just like our Guardian Angels. Dragons are made of the elements. Usually, your dragon is the same element as your astrological sign. However, if your journey requires support from another element, you may have a dragon who combines two or three elements or different dragons will show up to assist you as needed. Spring Equinox, the first day of the astrological calendar, takes us not only into Spring (in the northern hemisphere) but also into the season of Aries. What does this special time mean to you? Is it a day sorely defined by heaving an equal amount of sunlight and darkness or simply the first day of Spring? Or does it have a more personal meaning for you? Is it the start of a time for “spring cleaning,” a time to plant seeds, a time to enjoy more sunlit days, a time for new beginnings? Many people I have been conversing with recently are commenting that they “feel a shift,” in themselves and in the collective energy and that they are preparing for “something coming.” Some have felt very “heavy energy” for the last few weeks, me included. But today something has definitely “shifted” both physically and energetically for me. I feel lighter and have more energy. What about you?
