April is National Stress Awareness month. Stress can impact you both emotionally and physically. With the colder weather we’ve been experiencing, your stress levels can increase.

This month we’re encouraging you to do something for yourself to help de-stress and take some pressure off. It can be as simple as taking time to have your coffee in the morning without being rushed, reading a good book, or going outside and doing an activity you enjoy.

Our wonderful Clinic Director Heidi is showing us what she did over the weekend to give us a little incentive to burn off some stress ourselves. Beautiful scenery!
