I love this drawing made by one of Dr. Christine's patients. She and her family have been coming for years and for years we have made a routine with them. After their chiro treatment, the kids would come out to draw, colour or chat. As I see her drawing evolve over time (lines get more defined, colour patterns sharpen), it made me think. Each treatment is a building block from the previous. To see progress one visit at a time. There will be times when you don't feel it, but over time you'll notice that you're not waking up the same way as before; that kink in your neck is gone, bending down to tie your shoe with difficulty is gone. Exercising is no longer painful. Those are the things we like to see. Progress...
As much as we love seeing you often, we want to see you less over time.

After 6 great years, I have made the difficult decision to leave the Northern Hills family and move my practice closer to my home in SE Calgary. As a Chiropractor and father of two young kids, meeting their demands of their growing lives have prompted my decision. NHC has always been home to me and I will miss you all dearly.
