Spring Garden Party 🌼

This event will be the first of its kind; a heart led, community centered gathering of women. Bringing forward our collective talents to share with those we care for.

So what will the evening entail?
-a FREE clothing swap. Bring a bag of your preloved clothing to pass along to another sister. Taking home as much or as little as you’d like in return.
-a FREE makers market, bring along X amount of your homemade offering to share with the collective (max 15 women). Take home one of each in return! An example of the offering; homemade jars of jam, herbal tea, candles, even gently used books.
You will bring 15 jars of jam, and take home 15 unique gifts!
-A curated, nourishing family style dinner provided by the host enjoyed at a beautiful community table overlooking the forest of Bragg Creek

Non Negotiables for my Low-Tox Home 🏠

Let me start off by saying we did not make this switch overnight, it was months and months of swapping to natural products over time. I recommend doing one swap at a time - when you run out of your current product, rather than trying to swap all at once!

*comment if you want a link for something specific*

1) We have a whole home water filtration system from and it’s the most important change that we’ve made in our household!
2) I bought two boxes of glass food storage containers and donated / passed on everything that was plastic. Our glass set is from Costco
3) I make my own beeswax candles, and they are amazing! Naturally scented, and they help to purify the air!
4) Natural home cleaning products, Branch Basics is the BEST product on the market!
5) Unscented, Natural laundry products *comment if you want a link for something specific
6) Air purifier with a carbon / HEPA filter

What’s something else I should add to my low tox lineup?!

The ultimate recipe to support your moon cycle 🩸
Beet Soup with beef, barley and cabbage

There’s something deeply supportive about a warm bowl of beef and beet soup during your cycle—like nourishment that actually meets you where you’re at.

During menstruation, your body is naturally losing iron and working overtime to replenish what’s been shed. Enter: slow-simmered beef and vibrant beets.

Beef is one of the most bioavailable sources of heme iron, meaning your body can absorb and use it efficiently—supporting energy levels, reducing fatigue, and helping to rebuild healthy blood. It’s also rich in B12 and zinc, key players in hormone balance and immune support.

Beets bring their own kind of magic. They’re rich in folate and antioxidants, helping to support blood flow, liver detoxification, and the gentle clearing of excess hormones. That deep red color? A little hint at their role in supporting your blood and vitality.

And when you combine the two in a mineral-rich broth, you’re creating a meal that’s grounding, replenishing, and deeply restorative—exactly what your body craves in this phase.

Think of it less as comfort food, and more as intentional nourishment.
