Welcome ✨ My name is Samantha, I am a Reiki Practitioner and continue to work towards my Masters. Aligned Souls Inc is located in the heart of yyc and we are happy to announce we offer Mobile in-person or Distance Reiki. Not only do we provide Reiki Healing, we want to provide a space of vulnerability, community and healing.

I am an empath, and discovered my gifts when I turned to Reiki for my own healing. My first experience with Reiki was 2019. Since then it's changed my life for the better. My healing journey with spirituality has pushed me on my life's path and I want to be able to guide souls and assist in their healing and life purpose.

Understanding Reiki Healing.

What is Reiki Healing?

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing

What to expect?

The practitioner will move their hands around your body. They may touch you lightly or have their hands just above your body. You may experience sensations in the body such as heat or tingling. Some people report seeing visualizations such as colors or pictures, or having memories appear.

What kind of Energy is Reiki?

Reiki is a holistic Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and spiritual healing. Rei means higher knowledge or spiritual consciousness, and Ki means life energy. Reiki, as a whole, is spiritually guided life energy

Can Reiki be done over distance?

Distance Reiki can be just as effective as experiencing one in person – the Reiki energy “works” regardless of where you are located since it transcends time and physical space.

How does Distance Reiki work?

This is known as remote healing, distance healing, or distant healing. Practitioners run their sessions in exactly the same way, except they're over video. Typically, you'll lie down at home and set up a video camera on your phone or laptop, so your healer can see and hear you and vice versa.
