This ancient practice, also known as Yogic Sleep, where one lingers in the space between being awake and asleep, goes far beyond deep relaxation to a place of natural peace and quiet that is tremendously healing.
Gentle movements at the outset prepare the body and mind for a specialized guided imagery meditation infused with techniques designed to access deeper realms of the mind. This state of expanded awareness creates an environment that allows one to release sources of tension, anxiety and limiting beliefs, clearing the way to awaken to one's greatest potential.
