There is still room for you to register for Yoga Nidra this weekend!

Experience this powerful form of Yoga that has been practiced for thousands of years as a process of awakening to one's true Self. This ancient practice, also known as Yogic Sleep, where one lingers in the space between being awake and asleep, goes far beyond deep relaxation to a place of natural peace and quiet that is tremendously healing.

Gentle movements at the outset prepare the body and mind for a specialized guided imagery meditation infused with techniques designed to access deeper realms of the mind. This state of expanded awareness creates an environment that allows one to release sources of tension, anxiety and limiting beliefs, clearing the way to awaken to one's greatest potential.

Deeply immerse yourself in a full-body experience saturated with live soothing, echoing sounds and frequencies focused on the anahata (heart) chakra, located in the middle of the chest. Anahata means “unstruck or unbeaten” as it relates to the unbroken rhythm of the heart. It is the fourth main chakra and governs love for ourselves and others as well as compassion, empathy and joy. This sound bath is designed to help reconnect with ourselves and realign with the power of the heart.

Complete as many in-studio practices as you can between February 1 - March 2. There are no daily limits for the number of classes you can participate in. We always advocate that you take care of yourself in every way, maintaining a healthy life balance perspective.

In our current social and cultural climate, it is more difficult than ever to make sense of what is going on. So much information, but not much more clarity. We are in many ways more disconnected from ourselves (bodies, nervous systems, thoughts, emotions, and spirit), each other, and nature than ever. We are often making choices from a state of hyperarousal of the nervous system and fear, rather than a place of clear, steady, intentional care.

In this workshop, we will engage with multiple layers of the self through physical movement, breath, meditation, dialogue, and other practices in an effort to support the ecosystems of the digestive tract, nervous system, energetic body, intellect, and intuition. Through supporting these interwoven networks and understanding how they work together, we can learn to engage with ourselves, each other, and the world around us from a deeper state of connection and fulfillment.

This workshop is open to all experience levels! Space is limited and pre-registration is strongly encouraged.

A direct descendant from an Indian family of renowned musicians, Kedar Raval along with his wife, Bhavna bring you "From Sound to Silence".

The power of Sanskrit chants is well known and this is your opportunity to be immersed in them! Together Kedar and Bhavna deliver an extraordinary experience through soul stirring music and meditation. This duo have created this event for you to bathe in the vibrations of soothing and ancient Sanskrit mantra chants in a call and response format. Kedar's voice promises take you deep within. This 90 minute session is a perfect combination of sound, leading to a period of silence; a profound state of deep meditation.

Both musicians are meditators and volunteers with the Art of Living Foundation.

Grief Yoga with Leanna

Because we are living, it is inevitable that we will experience the loss of someone or something we care about deeply. Grief is the response, and is carried in our bodies, hearts, minds and souls. When it isn’t expressed, sadness and anger get stuck in our bodies. As challenging as it is to deal with suffering, grief can also guide us towards increased self-knowledge and awareness that can propel us towards opening to more love and hope.

Grief Yoga combines many forms of yoga, movement, breath and sound to help process grief and use it as fuel for transformative healing. This practice is not as much about physical flexibility as it is about emotional liberation. Students are guided toward determining where in their bodies and minds, struggle and pain is being held. Through various techniques and flowing meditations, the intention of this compassionate practice is to open the heart and connect to the soul, letting go of the pain, and reconnecting to love and the gift of life.

This 4 week series is for anyone who has been impacted by the loss of a loved one.
