Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and compassionate healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Caregivers, to provide personalized care to patients in various healthcare settings. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional care, ensuring patient comfort, and working closely with other healthcare staff to create a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Assist in patient rehabilitation and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Adhere to healthcare standards, protocols, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification or license (RN, LPN, CNA/HCA or relevant caregiver certifications).
- Minimum of [2 years] experience in a healthcare setting.
- Compassionate, patient, and able to provide high-quality care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CPR/BLS certification (preferred but not required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
