Toys, clothes or a gadget you always wanted, but never received (I always wanted a GloWorm, but never got one LOL), but after the material things.. do you really think that’s what a sweet soul really wants..

THINGS? No…

It’s usually something we can’t see, hold our touch.

- Safety
- Being chosen
- Someone actually listening instead of being sent off to our rooms
- A hug that felt like it was full of love

Truth bomb..

I hear it all the time. My clients say to me… I don’t even have a clear memory of what happened or I am not sure if it even DID happen.
 This is the part the self-help world rarely admits: most of your emotional patterns, triggers, and even symptoms didn’t start in your conscious mind.

They’re stored deeper, in the subconscious, and in the organs of the body where emotions are hidden and stuffed down.
 So the question isn’t ‘what if don’t I remember?’
 The real question is: ‘how do I release what’s been living there all along?’

And that’s where I come in…

I talk to all the time and when they finally do something for themselves, suddenly they feel guilty!

They finally rest… and their brain spirals. They make more money… and then over-analyze. They say no… and then backpedal into why they should have said yes.

That’s not self-sabotage. That’s your nervous system running a pattern called the Shame Loop:

Growth → Guilt → Shrink

Your sweet body learned early on that being more = danger.
 And now? It’s still trying to protect you from something that’s no longer a threat.

But patterns can be interrupted.
 And safety can be rewired.
