The pattern is this…👇

First borns feel a huge responsibility.. for their siblings, for everyone around them.

They were children… but often got treated like little adults.

They often carried too much, too soon.

They become the little helper.�The peacemaker.�The mini mum.�The strong one.

Then they grow into women who feel guilty resting or asking for help. They carry everyone else’s problems and worries in their shoulders, in their jaw, in their neck and wonder why.
�It feels like anxiety, but speaks in:
Too much wine or food
Overworking.
Over exercising.
Over shopping.

Or simply never being able to just sit still without guilt.

Because..👇

Your nervous system believes what it can FEEL.

Not what you say.
Not what you think.

What you feel in your body.

Tight chest.
Shoulder tension.
Tight jaw
Always feeling on edge

I couldn’t believe it…

Nobody even CONSIDERED the nervous system!

That part of her body that had been talking to her through symptoms for YEARS in her wrist.

Because quite often it doesn’t only show up as pain.

It shows up in your business patterns too.

Like:
overthinking + scared about showing yourself on camera
undercharging because you are scared nobody will pay you “that”
procrastinating + constantly kicking the can down the invisible road
being “booked” but resentful
doing more trainings/certs instead of actual pushing your business forward (productive freeze is a sneaky little sucker)
And the wild bit?

For a lot us, the nervous system picks ONE of these lanes:

pain, money, or freeze.

Sometimes all three (woo hoo 🙃)

So if you’re doing “all the right things”…
…but your body is tight
…your business feels confusing
…or you keep hitting the same road blocks…

It’s because you are still stuck in subconscious patterns nobody has shown you how to get out of.

And until that gets rewired, you can keep trying to fix it with strategy…
