1. These classes have a *reduced capacity* of 25 to ensure quality instruction and meaningful adjustments. Make sure you book your spot!

2. We start with the basics. Our teachers are trained in the classic Joseph Pilates mat repertoire. Before we start adding load and resistance with props and fancy exercises, it’s important that you understand the foundations of your body for optimal growth. Proper deep core activation and pelvis and spinal alignment make all the difference. We are here to teach you!

3. We will touch you. Hands on adjustments are a game-changer! Many of us lack proper body proprioception - we think we’re in neutral because it feels *natural* but those two things aren’t always the same. We think our legs are at 45 degrees but we’re actually losing the rib-hip connection…we will help you understand and FEEL the biomechanics of your body.

4. Quality > Quantity. The reason your Pilates instructor can’t count is because we’re not counting 😂 We’re paying more attention to areas where you may be compensating or using momentum instead of engagement. Repetition makes you stronger. Keep going until we cue to move on.

5. Pilates is not a trend. Pilates was created over 100 years ago and was originally called Contrology, designed to assist in rehabilitation and help soldiers return to health and improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Yes - it has evolved, but its foundations remain. Strong internal muscle awareness and control to live a life of ease. This is our intention for you.

YES it is hot 🥵 YES it will burn 🔥 but we are not here to change the way you look, we’re here to help you build strength from the INSIDE OUT and change the way you FEEL!

Our teachers have leveled up their knowledge, getting trained in classic STOTT PILATES® to bring you mindful, high-quality instruction. Early birds, take note: our 6:30 am classes are now 50 minutes so you can get your full practice and still make it to work.

Our Pilates classes will draw on the fundamentals of classic Pilates while incorporating props for extra challenge and fire playlists for extra fun. 😉
