Starting your day with gentle movement may help your spine feel supported, flexible, and ready for whatever your morning brings. Here’s a simple 5-minute routine you can try tomorrow:

✅ 1. Shoulder Rolls – 30 seconds
Roll your shoulders up, back, and down to gently wake up your upper back.

✅ 2. Seated or Standing Twist – 30 seconds each side
Turn gently from side to side to ease stiffness through your mid-spine.

✅ 3. Cat-Cow Motion – 1 minute
On hands and knees (or sitting), slowly arch and round your back to warm up your spine.

✅ 4. Hip Rocks – 1 minute
Rock hips side to side or forward and back to loosen your lower back and hips.

✅ 5. Deep Breathing – 30 seconds
Slow breaths may help relax tension and prepare your body for the day.
