The problem isn’t what you think.
It’s how tightly you believe it.
Most thoughts aren’t true — they’re just old patterns
echoing through the nervous system.
Looping in the background.
Pretending to be you.
In session, we don’t fight the thought.
We soften around it.
We get curious.
And eventually, it dissolves.
That’s the power of awareness.
Not control — but compassion.
This is the kind of change where you just find yourself doing things differently. Making better choices without force.
It just happens because you saw it differently from within, and you literally cannot go back to where you were.
