Unfortunately we are seeing a lot more people with ankle sprains and Achilles muscle/tendon tears. Talk to your physio about strategies to decrease the chance of these injuries 🦵⚽️⚾️🏀🎾🏉🏈🏃‍♀️🚵🏼‍♀️
